 Office Procedures

  • Office Visit Consultation is $65. every 4 months

  • A prescription will be issued to fill at the Pharmacy
    (Medication is not supplied in the office.)
  • Each prescription lasts up to 4 months. The patient will need need to come to the office for a renewal  consultation. This consultation fee is $65.
  • Photos will be taken at each visit to track the growth.

    We will not issue Latisse® prescriptions same day as wellness eye exams. We have to do an additional visit on a different day.
